All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of flavor by your pet

• Ordering the wrong item or quantity

We encourage you to check all product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue

• A photo of the product and packaging

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

 

 

Allergy or Sensitivity Reactions

All ingredients are listed on our packaging and product pages. It is your responsibility to ensure the treats are appropriate for your dog’s dietary needs. We do not issue refunds for adverse reactions. When in doubt, consult your vet before introducing new treats.

 

 

Small-Batch Reminder

Each batch is made by hand, so slight variations in shape, color, or size may occur. These do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.
